Public Transportation
Goal: INNOVATE public transportation.
The question asked in the workshop was,
"How can we improve public transportation?"
As a group, we decided which aspect of public transportation we wanted to explore.
We decided to explore TRAINS IN FRANCE.
Reminder: this is a student project with a hypothetical scenario.

What is Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a process everyone uses to spark creativity and develop innovative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.

Process
It is an iterative process where participants can have ideas by using other participant’s ideas. Team diversity leads to surprising solutions.

Prototyping after ideations is the best way to start the discussion about the problem that is to be solved.

The AEIOU Framework means:
Activities, Environments, Interactions, Objects, Users
=> Capture what you see (participant’s body language, artifacts used, etc.)
=> Capture what you hear in their words (quotes, stories, keywords, contradictions, etc.)
=> Capture what you feel that the user is feeling (emotions, beliefs, confusion, passion, etc.)
Define
Each team presented its work and explained their problem statement
Each participant voted for 2 problem statements

Ideate
We divided the whiteboard into 3 parts and started ideation: the participants were free to move around the room and used sticky notes with ideas or sketches of ideas
